This is a dish you create when you have absolutely nothing in the fridge.I was practically staring at the almost empty shelves for a good 10 minutes  when i found these: leek and 4 hard boiled eggs, two cloves of garlic  and a small piece of ginger.Kinda pathetic i know, but what to do it’s too cold  to do any grocery shopping.Anyway here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:-

-200 g of mee hoon

-2 cloves of  garlic sliced

-a small piece of ginger sliced

-200 g of leek sliced

-4 hard boiled eggs sliced(you can do without the yolk and  it’ll still be as tasty)

-one fresh chili sliced

-2tbs of oyster sauce

-1 tbs of sesame oil

-soy sauce to taste

-a pinch of sugar and pepper to taste

Firstly boil some water and dump in  the mee hoon to cook, while this is happening heat some oil in a pan and start frying the garlic, ginger and chili  for 2 min, then throw in the sliced leek and stir fry it for about 3-4 min, once it becomes soft pour in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper and sesame oil in this order. Then stir in the cooked mee hoon and hard boiled eggs evenly and you’re done.Simple isn’t it.
